Yes, it is safe to use your card on homecareshoppe.com. We strive for quick deliveries. Your order generally takes 24 hrs to reach your doorstep. For non-major cities and places, the order usually takes 2 days from the time we confirm it. In some locations, the delivery may take longer depending on accessibility and the proximity/reach of our logistics partners.

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

No, we do not do same-day deliveries.

We take utmost care to pack each item according to its fragility and transit time to doubly ensure that your product reaches you safely.

Once payment is processed and authorized, cancelling an order is not possible.

As for now, HomeCareShoppe does not ship internationally. We serve across India.

My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on HomeCareShoppe.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

Credit notes reflect the amount of money that you have pending in your HomeCareShoppe account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus the undelivered value. You can see this in “My Account” under credit note details.
